Users can opt-in to having their position embedded in their tweets. So you can "switch from reading the tweets of accounts you follow to reading tweets from anyone in your neighborhood or city." Plug me in.
Why Hasn't Vista Sold Well?

Sure have, and it's worked on me too, I hate upgrading anything ever. This is mostly the result of being a Microsoft refugee - get the new version, it's slower and more difficult to use!
